Im just going to ask this in another way. 

How do I change this Formula URL field to a Formula Text field.

URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_ENQUIRIES] & "?a=API_GenAddRecordForm&_fid_10=" & URLEncode ([Record ID#])& "&z=" & Rurl()
