Make a file attachment field and set the form properties to allow edits on that field for high level role(s) only, and then upload your template.
Put the file attachment field on a Tab.

- MarkShnier__You3 years agoQrew LegendActually, sorry about that previous answer it was not correct as I realize now that you will have many records and they all need to have the same template.
probably the easiest way to do this is to create a table of documents and have a report in that table that just has one record in it called template. Make a report link field to embed that record as a single record report on the form.
to get the report link field to work, you can create a field called link to template records which is a Formula field which equal to a 1. So just a 1.
then make the same kind of field on the template records which calculates to a 1.
then configure the report link field where the 1 matches up with the other 1.
