Adding Exchange as Data Source for table

I'm trying to create a new table using Microsoft Exchange as a data source. The error I'm getting when trying to create the Exchange connection is:

Unauthorized
Unable to sign in to Exchange server (host XXXXXXX, port 993, email XXXXX). Please verify email account and password.

I X'd out the host and email information, but I am confident the information is correct because when I go to the host URL and type in my login information, it signs me into my email.

Hoping someone has any ideas.

    You will need to check with your email administrators to ensure you can access your email using secure IMAP (port 993). Some exchange implementations have these ports turned off but allow for accessing email through the webmail portal/OWA.
