Adding the email option for invoices

Natively, Quickbase does not support sending out emails with attachments.

So there are two choices which I know about. One choice is to set the field properties for the file attachment failed so as to make it available to all users without them logging in. Then send an email notification which includes a link to the file (There is syntax which I can provide for that).

Alternatively if you want the recipients to receive a real attachment in an email then you can use a third-party add on from Juiced Technology called courier.  https://www.juicedtech.com/courier
