- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainYou can trigger an ACTION (a new feature that just came in this weekend) when the record is saved. ACTIONS currently allow a record to be created, if that is what you are doing. You can also trigger a webhook which can do any API, but those are more technical to set up.
- ChrisChrisQrew Assistant CaptainQuick Base Actions are easy to set up.

Once the action has been setup, if we need to re-check what fields were added, the existing action doesn't show the fields. Is there a way to check what fields were added/modified for an existing action? - QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainMaybe the Action was not actually saved. They should show.
- DeepaKesavaluQrew CadetThe action is saved Mark.
The saved action shows all the settings except for the last part where the fields for the destination table is not shown.
Since its a new feature might be its a bug in quickbase... - QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainI guess put in a support ticket then .....they are supposed to show. It's not supposed to be a guessing game. And how can you edit them if they don't show.
