App roles with some leeway but without the keys to the kingdom

Hey folx!

Is there a way to set up roles to give others the ability to edit a dashboard page without allowing them full ability to edit app structure and permissions?

We're using a dashboard page, and a text block in one section that we regularly lock/unlock to update on our daily huddles. I want folx to be able to do that in my absence, but also, not have the ability to be on the back end.
