- LauraThackerQrew CaptainMake sure you have your print-settings set to print background colors; otherwise they come out black and white.
- AshleyAshleyQrew MemberI tried finding that setting and had no luck. I normally just print the report right out of QuickBase and that setting seems not to be on there. I even had IT change some settings and they haven't had any luck at all.
- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainLaura is correct. What Browser are you using and we can tell you where to find the settings?
- AshleyAshleyQrew MemberThank you both! I am using Firefox
- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainOn my Firefox I go to the icon with 4 horizontal lines at the top right. There will be a bunch of options and choose Print.
Then page Setup.
Then check the box called print background (colors and images)
Then click OK - AshleyAshleyQrew MemberWhen I do that option it doesn't print the report right. Multiple rows are missing. I usually just print by clicking on the report in QuickBase, clicking "More" in the upper right corner, then clicking "Print". That prints the report out fine, but there is no option for me to select "Print background".
- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainI'm not understanding. Did you follow my steps above to enable background printing. It's something that you just need to do once in your life, not every time you print.
- AshleyAshleyQrew MemberSorry about that! I was messing up on my end. It did work! Thanks!
- QuickBaseCoachDQrew Captain:)
- JeffRogersonQrew CadetHey Mark, if I were using old Internet Explorer, do you know where I'd find the print settings. Have been having this same issue.
