Auto Sequential Count Field

Question

Hi&nbsp;I have created an excel quote document that has grouped based on single field id.&nbsp; See image below the lines are grouped by the Room.&nbsp; What I need to add is the reference numbers that will start at 1.0 then restart numbering from 2.0 when the room name changes.&nbsp; Can someone please advise how I can set up the reference numbering.&nbsp; I don't have a field for this.&nbsp;&nbsp;------------------------------Jessica Matenga------------------------------
