Auto Sequential Count Field

Hi 
I have created an excel quote document that has grouped based on single field id.  See image below the lines are grouped by the Room.  What I need to add is the reference numbers that will start at 1.0 then restart numbering from 2.0 when the room name changes.  Can someone please advise how I can set up the reference numbering.  I don't have a field for this.

    Hi Jessica,

    We were able to do this using Workato with filters for the specific triggers. It works very well. Quickbase cannot do this function.
