I have used the Juiced solution at a couple of clients. You will not be unhappy afterwards.

Yes, the Juiced products are 3rd party add ons at extra cost. So you would need to make a business case for the savings to offset the cost.

Tom,

QB does an incredible number of things out of the box for a single price. Database, integrated UI, Permission Management, System Roles, Native File Attachment, Back Ups, Email Notifications, Tech Support.... The list is longer than what I have down and with Pipelines is getting longer.

However there is an even longer list of what it does not do. That is often a surprise to management that expects a single software purchase to replace everything in their IT department. They will be hard pressed to find anything better, but as the business needs evolve to ever more complex processes, the add ons and integrations are the way to go.
