Automating Word File with QB Tables

I have a laborious task of creating a word report (unfortunately people still want to see a word report than viewing in a dashboard, perhaps more to keep a snapshot).  Is there any way I could refresh a Word file where I could link to tables and charts in QB.  Exact form is one option but I have not been able to achieve what I need.  Need some hand holding.
