Automation Error

I am getting this on a modify automation and cannot figure out the issues to resolve please help! Invalid input, Can not update built-in fields values. ---------------------------...

    its my policy id field both are just regular text fields

      basically an automation to keep my front and back end in sync for policy id's

        Is there any chance that you have two fields with the same name? For example perhaps you renamed your record ID field to be the policy ID feel that it's confusing the system if you have an additional field also called policy ID?
