Avoid Problems with Changing Realm Admins

One of the first steps you can take to ensure the smooth transition from one Realm Admin to another is to verify that you have at least two different people designated as a Realm Administrator.

The Realm Administrator holds the "keys to the kingdom" and must approve any changes that Quick Base makes regarding authority over your realm.

So, if you need Quick Base to make a change to the controls or your realm, and the listed Realm Administrator is not available, it will be very difficult to get those requests approved.  Most importantly, changing or adding a Realm Admin administrator.  Life can become very difficult if there is an urgent need to make a change to your realm and the only Realm Admin is no longer with the company.

In short, avoid future pain by checking your realm to ensure that you have at least 2. If you don't – add somebody.
