Blank values when trying to import excel file?

I have an excel file with just under 11,000 rows of data. When I do a copy/paste to import, it works without issues. If I try to upload the file, the first 8000 rows or so seem to upload without issue. Then the last 3000 are missing a bunch of data. Anyone ever run into this and know what is going on?
