Calculation Error

I have a simple numeric formula field that sums 8 different fields. However, the result appears to be off by .188 (the total should add up to 11.65). I have quadruple checked the formula and related fields and dependencies and can't figure out why. Any ideas?

    Can you post your formula?  Also are the fields being summed rounded to three decimal placed or just displayed to three decimals.?

      Sure. The results aren't being rounded, just displayed to three decimals.

      One thing I've found is that when I change the order in which the fields in the formula appear (principally the highlighted field), the formula result changes.

        The name of that highlighted field in your formula is not the same as the name of the field on the form.
        Do you have a form override on the field name or do you in fact have two similarly named Fields and there is confusion as to which is the correct field to use in your formula.?
