Can a non admin take billing access from the billing manager
Also can someone who is not the account billing admin or manager restrict the account admin billing manager from accessing the account by calling support?

- Hi Tiffany, you should probably put in a support request for this. The support team is who would transfer apps to a different realm or change billing owners.
You could also contact your customer care team rep.
