Can I create a table view for User only without using a User Field

Question

During my initial set-up, I used the User field to create a user view report.

Well..... because I wanted to use back data for three years in building my records, I created extra "users" that will not ever us the APP. To my surprise.... I was hit with additional fees.

OK.... understood. But can I create a similar table/form view without using the User field?

Something like User Name = to [Full Name] field?

Any help would be appreciated.

You only pay for users who have access to the app.  If these users are not listed under Users or are listed but in the Role "none", then there is not a charge for the users.

Dan:Is it as simple as that?&nbsp; I wish someone would have told me that when I questioned the charge and explained my situation.&nbsp; I have already spent time trying other options.As always, your help is greatly appreciated.Dirk
