Can you filter for a field that is blank in an automation?
My daily automation triggers when a record has not been updated for 5 work days. It adds the key field to the child record creating a new record there. That seems to work fine.
Once that record is created I have a modify automation action where if a multiple choice field has nothing in it than it changes that record to a specific choice in the drop down..That sees to work fine EXCEPT the filter (the Current Status is Equal to The Value and I leave the next box blank) is not working properly. It is picking up and changing that field even if it was not blank.
Does the automation filter not recognize it when I leave it blank? Do I need to add a formula?

PS is there a way to test a daily run without having to wait until the next day to see if it worked properly?
