Can you generate a barcode from a key field calculation

This is an awesome thread!  I am super excited to implement a QR reader within one of my applications.  This will be used for asset management.  So basically I have all the fields identified within the description above.  However, what I need to know is how to write a formula to say "THIS RECORD".  What I want is when a technician arrives at an asset, they will scan a QR Code and their phone will route to the record for that asset within my QuickBase application.
