Can you reorder Form Rules in the new Forms Designer?

It's easy to move rules up/down the rule number chain using the old forms.  For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do it using the new forms.  Probably something simple that I am overlooking. ...

Aaron, that widget lets you drag the rule around to re-order your rules.

    Thanks a bunch. I swore I had done it in the past and it was something simple.  For some reason my brain was hooked on double clicking those 6 little buttons to move it instead of just grabbing and dragging.
