Cannot access support cases

Hi Daniel,

We are having some issues with our support portal with specific users, our team is working right now to resolve them. If you do need to check in on a case you can message me directly and I can see about getting the team to reach out or you can still put in a case on the website and if you let them know about the issue they can reach out directly to your email. We are actively looking into resolving this for the users impacted. Thank you for your patience while we look into this issue.

Thank you for the heads up Jim, it helps us knowing who is impacted so we can get a better idea of the reach of the issue. We are actively investigating for a fix to get everyone back on track.
