Capture report ID on form

Is it possible to capture the id of a report on the record that opens up when you click on it from the report?

Here's how I want to use this: I have 3 calendars, and the date fills in with the date field that the calendar is based off of when you double click on that date, but I'd love one other user field to fill in based off of the calendar that I am working off of. Simple enough if I can just capture the report ID on the form...any hints?
