Change actions not working in dynamic form

If you are trying to trigger based on when a record is being created, I suggest that you create a field called [Record ID# mirror] with a formula numeric formula of [Record ID#].

Then trigger when that field is blank. 

For some unknown reason, you cannot use Record ID# in a form rule. So this is a work a round to create a mirror field.

Thanks for you help. I created the Record ID# Mirror field and now have setup what is below. However, when I click new project the 2 fields associated with the action are not changing to Y.

Try unchecking that box at the bottom.  The mirror field never did change so it will not fire.  It needs to always fire, not just when it changes.
