Not that I've seen. The most you could do is have a comment Multi-Text that logs edits.
Edit: My thinking was wrong because of a lack of coffee this morning. You could probably make a comment in the text box and tag the user in a user field called tag, then have a notification sent to them and something like a form rule or pipeline to clear the tag field.
That is something I really liked about Salesforce. Might want to hit that "Give Feedback" button and request it.
