Is there an image that matches the checkmark for the checkbox field?

Currently I have some fields that are checkbox fields which leaves the checkmark symbol in the first two columns, but I have a formula in the third column and added the closest image I could find. It would be nice if I can get it to look uniform.

The first two columns does a checkbox field that will have a check if another field has a date.

The third column does a couple if/then statements. First it will look if a field has an answer of "yes" or "no."
- If the answer is "yes," it look to see if a date has been filled out in another field. If there is a date, it will be return the checkmark image. If there isn't a date, it will stay blank.
- If the answer is "no" it will show "N/A"

Sounds like you should just be using a formula checkbox field.

Update:
You have three options, checked unchecked and N/A so if that is a hard requirement than a formula checkbox won't work.

If you want to go the image route just take a screenshot of the checkbox and host it somewhere, you can even park it in an attachment field somewhere in your app
