Checking fields and putting value in another field

So, the problem I am having is that I have three different fields and if last field is clicked and has a value in I want to put it into another field within the same form. Likewise if no value is in the last field and there is one picked in to the second to last field I want to display that value. However my code isn't working it keeps on displaying random numbers?
