Clearing data from multiple fields while adding a record

Essentially looking for a way to basically start over on a form while adding a record without having to cancel the add and re-click add record. For instance, if a user had entered several fields of...

Nevermind, just adding a "Add Record" button to the for basically does the trick, just have to click "Don't Save" and it just opens a blank form.
