Color settings

I had a question from a user yesterday.  Are there any settings in Quick Base to aid color blind users?

    There is nothing that is specific for users that are color blind, but that should be something you should take into consideration when selecting colors for reports, buttons, etc.  You'll need to find out what type of color blindness the user(s) have and then make a plan for what colors to avoid/use. As long as you work with those users to plan out the colors and maintain some record of your design standards, it should be pretty easy moving forward.       Thanks for the quick response.  In nearly every instance where colored fields are used, there is also a text representation.  As far as I know, we do not currently have any color blind users.  This question stemmed from a meeting yesrerday.  I didn't have the answer, but knew someone here would know.

        If you're colorizing text or putting text on a color background, that can all be setup to account for special needs. It would require a bit of planning and setup, but it's certainly something that could be done with native Quick Base functions. The complexity of the setup would probably require 1-1 consultation, so if that's something you need to explore, please let me know.
