Colorize application tabs

This can be done with script using a Service Worker. You have to use a Service Worker instead of IOL or BOL etc because the modification needs to be performed on every page that displays the application tab. Unfortunately I can't conveniently create a demos for Service Workers because it would operate on all of my applications.
