Conditional Dropdown in the same table

I inherited a table that the app owner created with all the data they want to use in 3 conditional dropdowns.  Everything I have seen so far shows all of the data in separate tables.  Is it possible to create conditional drop downs with all of the data in the same table?

    You would need to describe the tables and their relationships and where the CDD is.
