Conditionally Require Fields?

Is it possible to make a field required on a conditional basis.  The current example is a service verification ticket.  The process owner wants the issue code a required field.  Is it possible to make the issue code a required field if the customer subscribes to that service?

  • Yes, this is typically one via a Dynamic Form Rule

    When [Customer requires Issue code] is checked

    Action
    Make required [Issue code]

    I assume you have a field on the form which tells you if the customer requires an Issue Code.
