Connected (sync) Box folder containing CSV file

When refreshing a connected (sync) Box folder containing CSV file, Quickbase instructions offer to match my table csv file (overwrite) or keep all data, update changes and add new records. 

For our use, in the next refresh, some records listed may be unchanged, some records may not be on the list anymore and need to be removed from the connected table in Quickbase. 

Is there a way to compare and remove the parts that are no longer on the refresh file?

    If the CSV file, is the source of truth, then if you set it to match exactly, it will auto delete the records which were not in the latest upload.
