Connecting apps together

I have 4 different apps that are identical in terms of fields/relationships, but the information they hold are different as each of the 4 apps represents certain regions in the world. 

I want to make a new app that brings all this information together and gives me statistics globally. No one needs to edit the global app, I just need the global app that automatically combines the information from the same tables in the 4 different apps and brings it together in the 1 app so I can create reports on that data. Is this possible?

    At a certain level you can use the Quick Base table to table Sync to accomplish this, but you will still have 4 different "company" tables, for example.

    The only way to do this cleanly and completely it through script.
