Let's start with stupid simple. Can you get a csv exported out of your phone system on a regular basis and put into either a SFTP file path or DropBox, Box or Google drive. If so, then Quick Base can access the csv file and update a sync table each hour?
Alternatively, does the phone system respond to API calls? If so you can use a Pipeline to do an API call to get the records on a regular basis.
