yes, thats right. The exact form can create word and pdf but the batch processer can't create word as it is mergeing multiple files. I want my final doc to be in a word document.

Hi Amna,
we do have this on our EF+ roadmap and actually the next version of EF+ will be able to create a single merged WORD document instead of just a single merged PDF document.

Do we know when that update is coming out? Also, is there any other add on that I can use to do this in meanwhile?
