When I click the "CopyMasterDetailDetailButton" -- the detail records are copied -- then a Pop-Up appears - stating that the records where created and the Pop-up has a Button on it "Go To Record" --- ...

I think the redirect is happening through QB backend script, that we don't have control on! You can script the whole process in Javascript and new button and redirect to any form you want.
