Creating a formula query to get most recent date and the results from that date

Hi,

I have a member table which is the parent table to reports.  I also have a draw dates table that is a grandchild of member table and child to reports.  What I need is a report that gives me the latest draw for the member and the result of that draw.  Is there a way to get this information without making a direct relationship between member and the draw dates table?
