Thanks for replying. I had thought of using reports as the control, but there is a unique ID required so the record in the table will need to be reflected as a new entry with the same ID needing to be used for the newly entered record; while still maintaining the previous record. This info also connects to relationships in 2 other tables that will also need to pull that info over as well. I've tried various ways to think it through a pipeline but can't configure a solution.

At one point had it move into the other table, but I couldn't set it up to delete from the other table once the info moved over - and also couldn't figure out at all how to get the info to still flow with the related information in the other 2 tables. The information I watched all talked about queries, but the info I need to automate isn't a bulk set of info, just a line item and I couldn't figure out if a query step is required.

When you talk about the relationships, can you do what you want manually? ie do you have relationships set up for your Closed records. If not then your cannot automate something with a Pipeline which cannot be done manually.
