CRM Email Communication


We are using QuickBase for our end-to-end customer workflow and need advice on how to link email communication into a lead record? 

We want to:

Receive and respond to emails linked to a lead record and have the ability to respond within the record (QuickBase) so it keeps an end-to-end communication history archive for context with our customers and streamlines our sales resources workflows as they have the ability to work in QuickBase and not jump between QuickBase and Outlook. We use O365. 

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
