We compared the AI offerings on the market and went with Egnyte Chat for specific answers to a limited data set. So far we have created a folder structure that matches our realm structure. Then in each folder we place documentation specific to that App/process. There are controls in the Egnyte administration that allow us to limit the folders or scope of the final answers from the Chat. So far we have found that this returns the most consistent results. It is more work of course but it is also more professional.
ChatGPT is really good as long as the prompt is precise about quickbase and formulas and nothing else. I've had it add VB Code or make up answers with confidence.
Loads of fun to play with for certain.
