- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainUsing native Quick Base you can make an alternate form with the information and layout you need for a customer quote, and then create a Notification to be triggered by say changing a checkbox to send that form to the customer on that form. That type of Notification is called an Open Notification as the receipient does not need to have a Quick Base userid. That would be a form in HTMl format and will look like the form you see now when viewing a record in Quick Base.
There is a way to include images in the form.
Alternatively, if you want to create a real PDF to send to your customer, there is a 3rd party add on I can recommend called Exact Forms Plus from Juiced technologies. It will allow you to create a real PDF including images and embedded subtables for your quote line items. There is a demo in the link below.

I have created a new form but I'm not able to add text, I just see the option to add fields there. Maybe I need to investigate further, but I want to make sure that I will be able to do that without pay extra money.

for example
"<b>" & [Project Name]
Could be a formula for a Bold Project name.
or fixed text can be used for a field and then you put the field on the form.
"<b><font color=blue>Here is your quote:
