Date field Logs

Hi everyone, 

I'd like to implement a date field audit log similar to the one available for text fields (Log the edits to this field, and show them on forms). 

I have a "production date" field in the "order" table which might change multiple times for a single record. The perfect solution would be to have a report in which for every order I track initial "production date" value and any change made to the field.
