Datetime with precision ????

We are trying to figure out if there is a way to create a field type equivalent to the SQL datetime2(6).

For example: 2021-03-05 03:32:32.892007

We need the precision to correctly manage the data imports.

Any ideas how to handle setting up a field like this?
