Default Form

Is the default form whichever form is set to 'Everyone (except those specified below)'?

This makes the most sense, I am just making sure that the typical Form #2, that QB autocreates isn't somehow inherently always the default (specifically for when using URL/Rich text buttons and returning to a table and NOT specifying a form) and there isn't any other setting I need to find. ​​

    Everyone (except those specified below) would be the closest that Quickbase has to a Default Form. Generally speaking, the form that the user sees (unless a "dfid" parameter is passed in the URL) will be entirely dependent on the User's role and which form is selected in the Set how different roles use these forms section of the Forms settings.

      Side note:  Set how different roles use these forms is not taken into consideration when using More| Print.  All forms are available to all roles when selecting More| Print | Print Option: Print one record per page.
