Default Table Homepage for a specific role

I doubt that would be possible.  It Might" be possible to make a a Dashboard Page button to do that.  I have not tested that, but if you did run a full report, do the Dynamic filter, and then copy that ugly URL onto your clipboard and then paste into a URL button on the Dashboard,  it might work.
