Desktop view on mobile via app

Is there anyway a user on the iPad can open up the app and it appear as it does on the desktop rather than mobile version?------------------------------Landon Wyrick------------------------------

In the advanced settings of your application, there's a setting there to force the desktop mode for all users. However, for reasons that I can't explain, snd can't defend, that setting does not apply to users in the administrators role.

so tried making that setting change and then test in any other role, other than admin, and see if you land in desktop mode. You should.
