Did the October quickbase update change the way actions are tracked in the User Reads?

I have a dashboard that tracks user reads (app, user, action), we pull three tables from the realm apps, usage, and user reads. We use this to track who is using the app, when, and what they did. This is currently tracking every app we have in our quickbase instance. Since the 2024 October update the actions have significantly decreased. Is quickbase no longer tracking modification actions as actions?

We used to be able to see if someone went into a report (1 user read) and then edited a record (1 user read) so the action report_access would have 2 user reads associated with one account. Now it seems like it is only 1 user read.

If this is the case, is there a way to track these actions?

I found this link: https://helpv2.quickbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/4570366542484-Technical-summary-of-User-and-Integration-Reads

But I am just not sure if I am understanding this correctly. If I am, I need to find an alternate solution. It is important we are able to, accurately, see how our apps are being used.

THANK YOU!!!!
