Directly download a report using a formula button

Is there a way to create/add a button (in a form) that lets the user to directly download a certain report without being directed to the report itself?  As of now i've made a button that directs me...

I suggest doing a "Save As" on the report to make a 2nd version of the report and then in the report configuration look for "Format" near the bottom and choose Comma-Separated values instead of Normal.
