display child field on parent record

Zip is the key in the zip code table.  Record Id is still key in Vendor table.  Since it is an address, that wont be the key field.  I made a vendor zip code - text formula that was equal to the zip code field of the address.

For the relationship, I only have the option of related zip.

What field type is Zip in the Zip table and is it the same field type as the formula zip in the Vendor table?  They need to be the same field type to make a relationship.
