Does anyone know of a mobile form development tool that works with pipes

We need to develop forms that will work on disconnected devices and then sync when in range.

Currently, we are using FastFieldForms and Zapier, however, we are starting to see some concerning issues with FastFieldForms

and would like to be able to use Pipes instead of Zapier.
