Dynamic content in actions

I have a table named "history log" that helps me keep track of changes made by others throughout our app. For instance, when someone makes a change to a fields in a product record (e.g.- `price`), an action creates a record in the history log table with the before and after values of that field. I have about 20 fields in the products table and am unable to keep track of each of them due to the 10 action limit per table. Is there a way to do this without being constrained by the limitations? The 'log entries' field is not going to work in this situation.
